Getting started

There is no need to be referred by your GP. Just call or email me and we can arrange a time to meet. In this first session or two, we can talk about what has been troubling you and explore whether psychodynamic therapy is likely to be helpful. I may suggest a different type of therapy if I feel it would be better suited to your needs.

If you decide to continue with counselling, and we feel we can work together, we will agree on a regular time to meet at my Central London practice. All therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and take place at the same time each week.
