Bus: Numerous buses come along Buckingham Palace Road, Victoria Street and Vauxhall Bridge.

National Rail: Trains run from Victoria mainline station to South London, Surrey and Sussex.

Northfields, W13

I also practise out of my private consulting room in Northfields, Ealing W13.

If West London is more convenient, or you would prefer not to travel to Central London, I offer in person sessions here.

How to get there

Tube: I am less than five minutes walk from Northfields tube (Piccadilly line) and a short bus ride from West Ealing if the Elizabeth line is more convenient for you.

Bus: Numerous buses come along Northfield Avenue which is at the end of my street.

If travel is difficult, or you are not based in London, I also offer online sessions.

This option is available to existing in-person clients if they are out of London but would like to continue sessions while they are away. It is also possible to meet for our initial consultation in person and then continue online if you would prefer.

Online Therapy

Fees

I offer an initial 30 minute telephone consultation free of charge.

For ongoing therapy sessions (50 minutes) I operate a sliding scale between £90 and £140, depending on your circumstances.

I also offer reduced fee sessions during the daytime for students and those on low incomes. If you would like to enquire about one of these slots, please let me know when you first get in touch.

FAQs

1 / How often will we meet?

For therapy to be effective, it is important to have regular sessions. This consistency and momentum is a key part of the therapeutic process. Meeting at the same time each week provides a consistent reliable framework and helps build a sense of security and trust. During your initial consultation/s, we will discuss working together and, if you decide to continue, will make mutual arrangements for ongoing therapy at the same time each week.

2 / What if I can’t make an appointment?

I ask for a full week’s notice to cancel a session. This ensures that I am able to keep a regular hour for you each week, while allowing flexibility for plans or holidays that you have made in advance. If you are unable to attend a session and have to cancel, I will try and offer an alternative appointment that same week where possible.  However, this will be on a case-by-case basis and I cannot guarantee availability.

3 / How many sessions will I need?

I offer both time limited and open ended therapy. When we meet for our consultation/s, we will take some time to consider whether we will take a time-limited or open-ended approach to our sessions, depending on your circumstances and the right level of support for you.
